Job description

To support our development, we are recruiting a dispatcher to participate in our home delivery service of our ready meals. To succeed in this position, you must have at least 1 year of experience as a dispatcher. In addition, you will directly contribute to improving customer satisfaction by ensuring quality delivery. Responsibilities

Duties on the position will include the following:

• Work in collaboration with other team members to improve operational performance
• Plan and allocate delivery rounds according to customer requirements
• Deliver meals on an exceptional basis
• Ensure the quality of the delivery service

Requirements

• You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• You have a driving license
• You are autonomous on the missions mentioned above and you have good interpersonal skills
• Flexibility for shift work, especially evenings and weekends
