Job description

To support our development, we are recruiting a Shop/Café Manager to participate in our home delivery service of our ready meals. To be successful in this position, you must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. In addition, you will directly contribute to improving customer satisfaction by providing excellent service in the store. Responsibilities

Duties on the position will include the following:

• You guarantee a successful customer experience, by animating the shop/café around our commercial and marketing offers

• You contribute to the economic and financial management of the store and you are responsible for compliance with health, safety and labor laws

• You will ensure that the service runs smoothly and take part in all operations from customer reception to collection and departure in accordance with the store’s procedures

Requirements

• You have at least 3 years experience in a similar position

• Good level of English

• You are autonomous on the missions mentioned above and you have good interpersonal skills

• Flexibility for shift work, especially evenings and weekends
